Lake Park, located at 600 Sandy Beach Road, is over 662 acres. The Park located along Lake Lewisville shoreline just east of Mill Street; approximately three-quarters of a mile east of I-35.
Lake Park is operated by the City on property leased from the Army Corps of Engineers. In can be divided into three major areas including the golf course, the athletic facilities, and the lake related uses. The lake related uses with their campgrounds, beaches, docks, boat ramps and picnic facilities attract many people from all over the Dallas/Ft. Worth metroplex.
